“Flame” is an argument for the sake of argument and getting personal instead of discussing the substance. All this is not welcome in other sections of the forum, so it is better to sort things out and pour out emotions (even if they relate to DotA, etc.) here.
Here, most violations of the forum rules are treated with loyalty, here is the place where you can prove that you are a true storm-born troll, pour out all your emotions on other forum members (to the extent permitted), or simply discuss various interesting topics (except those affecting national origin, race, religious views).
Almost anything is possible in EU Flame Chatting! However, as you already understood, there are certain rules here, the violation of which threatens you with mass executions and punishment. Let's go through the most popular points of the rules that are often violated:
Any insults based on nationality/religion, as well as posting topics that in any way offend a nation or religion. Also, political topics, insulting countries or people living in them, discussion of military operations, mobilizations, and the military situation in the world are prohibited by point of basic forum rules 5.2 and are punishable by a ban from 7 days to indefinitely/until 2038 year.
Prohibited by point of basic forum rules 7.4.; Punishment: ban from 3 days to indefinitely/until 2038 year.
5.3. Actions aimed at humiliating a person’s dignity by insulting his relatives.
Punishment: ban for 3 days. Correction: If theme creator (TC) allows such actions in the topic on the first post, then they are allowed. If not/not specified, then moderation follows EU Flame rules.
IMPORTANT! You only need to write “Insults to relatives are allowed”; there should be nothing VEILED there. In other words, everything should be transparent and understandable to everyone.
Got a ban? Is your topic closed? Or your comment(s) was deleted? - So, there was a good reason for that (violation of one of the points of the rules). And they will explain it to you! But not on the forum, but in the existing user support section specifically for this purpose - Appealing punishments. And if the administrator’s decision turns out to be wrong, it will be canceled. This is the procedure, this is done for the benefit of the users themselves and, among other things, allows us to stop abuses by the administration. You can also ask the administrator about the reasons for his actions in PM, this is not prohibited. The main thing is not to start a public discussion, remember this. If you maliciously violate this rule, you may be banned under clause 7.1 of basic forum rules for 14 days or until 2038. Don’t create problems for yourself and the admins, ask in a private message or in Appealing punishments.

If an administrator came to visit us in EU Flame Chatting and decided that he would be able to communicate with the respected inhabitants of this sub-section of EU Forum, leaving a post or comment here from his admin account. Then you, ladies and gentlemen, are allowed to discuss the personality of this administrator, as well as his work and responsibilities. Of course, no insults, we are cultured people, show the power of your trolling in all its glory. This amendment is valid until the end of the season. In the new season, everything is reset and we are waiting for new “victims” of interlocutors from the ranks of the administration who want to come see us!
Publication of images/videos containing scenes of a sexual nature, large amounts of blood, sadism/masochism, attributes/symbols of Nazism, as well as links to pornographic resources.
Point of basic forum rules 2.4. Punishment: ban from 3 days to indefinitely/until 2038 year.
And of course, any messages that are in any way related to erotica, porn, intimacy, copulation with animals, gays, family members, other people's mothers, their own mothers, will be deleted. Recurrences will result in a ban.
“The EU Flame Chatting” sub-section of EU Forum - without exception.

Hidden or veiled title of the topic is also considered a violation. (But measures are taken for this only in the form of closing/hiding/deleting the topic without a ban).
Punishment: Ban from 14 days to indefinitely/until 2038 year.
Massive hosting of meaningless topics, or posting of the same type of meaningless phrases (same type messages;), emoticons, mass mailing of messages of various nature (informational or advertising, does not matter;), in different topics, sections, forum threads in a short period of time (≈24 hours/≈day/≈1 day;) Spam in topics from fake accounts will also be considered as violation!
Clause 4.1. of basic forum rules. Punishment: ban from 3 days to indefinitely/until 2038 year, depending on the severity.
It is also forbidden to upload old topics (if you upload 4 or more old topics, you will receive punishment). Remember it!
Bringing multi-stage quotations (from 6 or more). Punishment: ban for 3 days.
A post with a quote from a deleted message where there was a violation. This is done so that a new conflict does not arise and does not interfere with other users’ communication. Also posts by administrators, which can often be noticed and which are deleted immediately (the same checks and ++, by forum moderators).
Punishment: post deletion. (If there are no direct violations related to the quote).
Cut out the violation from the message and then your post will not be deleted.
If a topic creator (TC) wants to create an adequate topic and discuss something there without swearing or insults, then he writes “Insults are prohibited” and moderation there occurs according to the basic/general rules of the EU Forum/whole iCCup. 
If NONE of the above is specified, then moderation according to the general rules of EU Flame Chatting [F.A.Q.] or in other words on this topic.
And finally. All Flamers, the most repulsed, headless, heartless trolls of this platform, will forever gain immortality and will be in the Hall of Fame. Leave behind traces so that you have something to remember and you will always be in the memory of friends and enemies.
P.S.: There is only one topic for flooding and it will always be pinned. The host/Creator of this movement is “Flamer of the season” (with a new season, every season). In his absence - representatives of the EU Forum administration.
